Before any Exterior Paint or Stain is approved, the dwellings adjacent to, will be compared to the proposed paint scheme, thus avoiding having two houses of identical colors or closely similar colors side by side, as with my house, painted in 2008 and my new disrespectful neighbors more recently. This is not a condominium complex!

Allowing my neighbor to the west to paint his house the exact same color as mine was not very helpful in establishing a lasting relationship! Thanks! (sarcasm)
