Where to Begin

My goal even before joining the WROA Board has always been to share everything that I know about property management with anyone who wants to listen. The Boeing Company invested millions of dollars in me and I’ll gladly give everything I’ve learned away for free. Dr Joyce Brothers told me that there are two different ways to have the biggest house on the block, build yours up or tear everyone else’s down.

I’m the nicest guy that you will ever meet until you lie to me or conduct yourself in an unethical manner as the Board’s secretary continues to do. Why is it that anyone who knows her uses other real estate firms, especially our current and former board members? I’ve been instructed to contact Oregon Realtors Ethics Board on several occasions. It’s on my list. My current focus is to take care of our roads, mailboxes, forest, fire egress, border fencing, sign elimination, etc.

There is absolutely no forum other than the infrequent “Board” meetings for members to share their thoughts about how poorly this Association is managed. The primary responsibility of an HOA is to maintain the common area! What have I missed?

My opposition papers are quickly removed from the public bulletin boards at our mail stations, there’s no forum for dissenting opinions, Next Door is controlled by the administration and now anything that the Board considers hostile or threatening in any form is subject to a fine. SNOWFLAKES! Not the US I remember, just another Banana Republic on a smaller scale. I always answered “all” my email when WROA President, no matter how nasty the Stitzes were!

Let’s have a dialog, has always been my motto, as I learn more from the opposition compared to people who I agree with. Sending a message to “On Call” is just like sending a message to Olive Oil, if they/she don’t like the question, or the person asking the question it’s ignored. I guess I have a problem with paying people to ignore us while running down our Community!

Anyone want to help me open up our north fire egress. It’s not on WROA Property, so the Board can find something else to go after me for. I thought I had a clear thinker on board. Once again I continue to put trust in places that I shouldn’t. Shame on me.

Welcome to WROA where nothing gets done under increased dues! How sad! What could have been!

Here is a link to our treasurer reports. One thousand dollars to anyone who can make sense of our budget from 2015 Forward! Challenge On!

Olive Oil deleted all of our financial history and board meeting minutes from the Association’s website. Meeting minutes exclude anything controversial. And we paid $2,200 for a website refresh that purposely excludes important history.

Here’s our financial history. Good luck understanding it!
