The good news is Reserve Study has been completed unfortunately the bad news is the baseline data provided by our board was woefully wrong!

There was no assessment made for the reduction of ladder fuels for our forested property and therefore, there are no budget estimates to reduce the risk of fire.
I’m hoping to see a 3 year maintenance plan based on a required revision to the Reserve Study. This action will drive changes to our budget.
